Senior Structural Engineer (Buildings Structures)

Salary:

£52,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on expereince and qualifications

Alexander Associates are currently looking for an experienced, chartered/near chartered Senior Structural Engineer in London with a background in building structures design. Our client is a national engineering consultancy responsible for delivering flagship schemes across the UK. Responsibilities:

• Undertaking detailed design and assessments for new and existing structures
• Leading multiple projects effectively and managing project teams of engineers and technicians
• Conducting site visits and producing structural reports
• Attending client meetings and acting as the Technical Consultant when necessary
• Mentoring junior engineers in the team

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in building structures design
• Strong technical knowledge of all common buildings materials
• The ability to effectively lead a team

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• To have achieved or be working towards CEng status
