Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Lead and support business development, work winning, and bidding functions
• Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with key existing and prospective clients
• Take technical responsibility for structural engineering design delivery on a range of projects
• Support the development and growth of the structural engineering team

Required Qualifications:

• Degree qualified
• Chartered Structural Engineer

Education:

Degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience:

A good level of previous engineering design experience is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

• Skilled at collaborative working
• Proven capability in technically delivering Civil and Structural engineering projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications or training related to structural engineering

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional site visits required

Full-time hours, with potential for overtime during project deadlines
