Compliance
We have an inhouse Compliance Team who are responsible for ensuring all checks are in place ­from right to work to IR35 adherence. We also work with three approved umbrella suppliers who have completed extensive compliance tests to ensure correct taxes are collected and paid to HMRC and correct net pay is paid to workers.
 
Contractor Help Centre
We operate an inhouse Help Centre from 8.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday, supporting our PAYE contractors with any queries or issues relating to their timesheets or payments.
 
Ongoing Training and Development
Our inhouse team regularly participate in training webinars to ensure they are across any changes in recruitment and tax legislation. We also encourage members of our team to undertake further education such as RAC certifications.
