My Client a Build Consultancy that work closely with large commercial buildings including Central & local Government buildings are continuing to grow their project management team and our ongoing expansion, we have an opportunity for a driven individual aspiring to progress their career within our team.


You will lead in allocation of actions, tracking, monitoring and reporting project progress, take complete responsibility for some of our smaller projects and support senior colleagues as you gain experience on our major programmes of work and update contractual milestones in project systems, to ensure the document and project management plans are set and follow up the project progress and inform the main stakeholders if there is any deviation and communicate time recording instructions to all employees.

You will need to have skills and experience in the ability to support to manage projects, programmes and portfolios from inception to close out. You will demonstrate proficiency of using Microsoft Office a oustanding awareness of NEC suite is a MUST and a good communication skills, while having a full appreciation to Health & Safety competence such as CDM & CSCS Card (can be attained on joining)

You will ideally need to have come from a Consultancy construction background, the ability to lead a series of projects and manage client relationships, be proficient in the use of MS Office and similar digital software, knowledge of project management plans, previous experience of working on civil engineering schemes, having experience in a Working  Environment Agency related projects.

You ideally need to have experience in Social Housing

•    Diploma/BSc/MSc in project management 
•    You will ideally be working (or considering to work) towards achieving one of the qualifications below):
o    MRICS
o    MCIOB
o    MAPM
o    PRINCE2
