Design Lead

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Design Lead to join their growing team, where you will play a key role in delivering a diverse project portfolio through to the end of AMP8. Your Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a positive, open, and honest working environment, where your team feels challenged and encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Analyze project performance to identify risks or opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide clear direction and oversight of project controls, ensuring compliance with quality, programme, and cost requirements.
• Ensure adherence to client Asset Standards while driving efficiency and promoting best practices across the business.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s Engineers to maintain our position as a trusted partner in delivering the project portfolio.

What You Can Offer:

• Chartered or Incorporated membership of the ICE. 
• Strong experience in water or wastewater pipeline design.
• Solid understanding of outline and detailed design, and familiarity with Designer or Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulations.
